Monica Herzer-Mitteregger is a Strategic Brand Planner with more than 20 years of experience in marketing and advertising.
Throughout her career she had the opportunity to work in a wide range of international markets like Latin America, Europe and Africa, with brands like Nestlé, FIAT, Renault, SKY, Walt Disney, Pixar, Esso Angola, Mota Engil Engineering, Grupo Simples Oil, Austria Telekom, AVL, Audi, Mercedes Benz, Bosch and LOGICDATA.
Her work was awarded two Effie’s – a prize that honours the most effective marketing communication ideas.
Born in Brazil, she lived 1 year in London and since 2009 is living and working in Austria.

After 10 years working as a designer, in 2009 Oliver Mitteregger finished the Master study in Innovation Management and started to pursue his passion for innovation.
Together with Monica Herzer-Mitteregger he founded The Factory and started the work of combining strategy with innovation to deliver better results for the clients.
Since 2011 he’s a member of the strategy task group “StyriaStrat”, which was founded as a Working Group of the Styrian Chamber of Commerce (Arbeitskreis der Steirischen Wirtschaftskammer).
In 2014, together with a partner, he founded ‘Paul brennt‘, a laser cut studio. Besides selling its own products, Paul brennt is also working and producing for advertising agencies and design studios.

Patrick Molinari is an award-winning designer with a focus on motion and ambient design.
After completing his information design study in Graz, he moved to Hamburg where he worked for the renowned German agency MUTABOR. Following that he supported various brands and companies as an independent designer, consultant and creative director before returning to Austria in 2012.
He has been awarded multiple prizes for his projects, amongst them the “red dot Award”.
Patrick Molinari is also teaching at the FH Joanneum in Graz.
Anna-Sophie Körbler is a student of English and Linguistics at the University of Graz.
She started out as a Marketing intern for a mechatronics company in 2017 and since then has dived into a career in content creation and copywriting. After three years of hands-on experience in both B2B and B2C content creation, Anna-Sophie has worked with creative professionals, e-commerce businesses and a variety of local start-ups.
After completing her studies in humanities, she will pursue a degree in Copywriting & Concepting.
